PMI El Paso is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties real time access to maintenance requests and billing.
Residential management includes single family homes, condos, town homes, and multi-unit structures. Commercial projects include office buildings, retail centers and industrial space. We are a full service property manager, which means we offer tenant screening and leasing as well as monthly rent collection, property maintenance coordination and financial reporting.

As a proud graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso, I offer more than three decades of hands-on experience in the property management and real estate sectors. As owner of both PMI El Paso and Alshouse & Associates Brokerage, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the local market and its unique challenges and opportunities. Furthermore, I hold ABR and EPro designations, which demonstrates my commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices.
Born and raised right here in El Paso, I am fluent in Spanish and have a genuine passion for serving our community. I believe in providing prompt, friendly, and customer-centric service, and I am dedicated to exceeding your expectations.
As a dedicated board member of PMI Cares and a proud Texas Tech University graduate, I’ve enjoyed contributing to PMI El Paso over the past six years. In my role, I manage the accounting, software, and back end operations.

With more than 40 years of experience in real estate transactions. I offer an in-depth comprehension of the complexities of our border city, El Paso- Juarez, dealings and the special needs of bi-national transactions. I have been a licensed Realtor in the State of Texas since 2002, and a real estate attorney, licensed in Mexico since 1976.

Many of you know me as a mother, a wife, or a friend, but I'm also your friendly neighborhood Realtor! I’ve been part of the PMI family for 11 wonderful years, and I'm genuinely passionate about what I do.

With 27 years of property management experience and am transitioning to a new role in Real Estate. I have a Business Management degree from International Business College and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certificate.
Outside of work, I'm a mother of five and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren. In my free time, I enjoy peaceful moments, diving into history, and participating in drama events at my church.
I'm passionate about helping tenants find their perfect home. Nothing beats the satisfaction of knowing I've made someone happy. Plus, I'm young at heart, so I like to keep things light with a bit of humor.
Having been born and raised in El Paso, Texas, and a graduate of Hanks High School, class of 1998, I have deep roots in this community. As a former military spouse, with my husband now serving in law enforcement, I understand the needs of our families. Together, we are proud parents of two wonderful young men and one amazing daughter.
With 20 years of experience in the property management sector, I have found fulfillment in assisting families in locating their homes. I am now eager to bring this dedication to your service.

I have held the position of bill processor at PMI El Paso for five and a half years. A native of El Paso, TX, I am bilingual in English and Spanish and hold an Associate of Applied Science degree from El Paso Community College. Prior to my current position, I retired from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center-El Paso after 39½ years, during which I supervised personnel and managed payroll, purchasing, and accounts payable.
My tenure at TTUHSC was highly rewarding, and I now find great satisfaction in my role at PMI. My objective is to provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to PMI and its clients.
In retirement, I enjoy visiting my daughter, son-in-law, and their dog Charlie in Alaska.
